After years of dealing with multiple health issues including chronic injuries, fatigue, and brain fog, Renee endlessly researched to discover the root cause to her health concerns.

Once she addressed her nutrition and lifestyle, along with adrenal dysfunction, mercury toxicity and a long battle with the Epstein-Barr virus, she regained her health and has been on a pursuit to help others do the same ever since. Over the years she has discovered that everyone is different and there isn’t a “one size fits all” approach to nutrition and overall health. She loves helping her clients discover their optimal personal nutrition and lifestyle plan.
